I have been a patient of Heathcote for many years and have every confidence and trust in my dentist ,Mike Hunter and my hygienist Rebekah. Mr Hunter is very professional, .friendly and caring and skilful and gentle in his treatments. He explains everything he is doing and is always willing to answer any questions. Similarly Rebekah is also very caring, skilled and friendly. She explains everything she is doing and why and gives good advice on looking after my teeth. It is so important to have this good, trusting relationship with professionals who are looking after you and make you feel at ease. All the staff working at Heathcote are friendly and efficient. I would have every confidence in recommending the practice to anyone.

Rapid response to my tooth problem, ie same day appointment. Hopefully the tooth is fixed, though I have confidence in the dentist to sort it out whatever

I am fortunate to have had Mr Hamilton as my dentist for several years. He is always charming and professional. However, my recent experience did not go to plan. Well into the first stage of an implant procedure I was told the bone needed supplementing with a bone graft. This was particularly surprising as I had previously undergone a special expensive bone scan at East Grinstead as I was directed.

So, not only am I faced with an even more costly outcome but, more importantly, I have to wait at least 4 months for the first stage to be repeated again. I am, of course, fearful that that procedure may also fail but Mr Hamilton was adamant it will be successful next time.

I visited the practice on Wednesday 30th Sept to see Katrina, hygienist. It is always a pleasure to come, Kat is such an experienced hygienist and explains everything in detail. I am always greeted with friendly, polite reception staff. It is always a pleasure to speak to Mike, Duncan and Ben. Such a friendly practice to visit. Jenny Bass

Had to seek urgent dental care away from home for the unexpected development of Dry Socket following a root extraction.
The care and compassion I received from the receptionist, who somehow managed to squeeze me on to her busy patient list, and the dentist who was kind enough to see me was exceptional. I was grateful to be seen in such a timely manner.

This was my first visit to Heathcote House and all went well. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and prices were reasonable. I can highly recommend this dental practice.
