  I had broken a tooth and after calling was given an appointment 2 hours later.  My usual dentist wasn’t in but I was given an appointment with Dan.  He was amazing and talked me through what he was doing as I’m very nervous of going to the dentist! Thank you

  I have been a patient of Heathcote for many years and have every confidence and trust in my dentist ,Mike Hunter and my hygienist Rebekah. Mr Hunter is very professional, .friendly and caring and skilful and gentle in his treatments. He explains everything he is doing and is always willing to answer any questions. Similarly Rebekah  is also very caring, skilled and friendly. She explains everything she is doing and why and gives good advice on looking after my teeth. It is so important to have this good, trusting relationship with professionals who are looking after you and make you feel at ease. All the staff working at Heathcote  are friendly and efficient.   Very professional and friendly dental practice.  Michael Hunt,  my dentist,  is always very polite and friendly and very gentle when checking my teeth.  My hygienist, Rebekah, is also very friendly and welcoming and does a great job on helping to keep my teeth clean.

  I am fortunate to have had Mr Hamilton as my dentist for several years. He is always charming and professional. However, my recent experience did not go to plan. Well into the first stage of an implant procedure I was told the bone needed supplementing with a bone graft.  This was particularly surprising as I had previously undergone a special expensive bone scan at East Grinstead as I was directed.

So, not only am I faced with an even more costly outcome but, more importantly, I have to wait at least 4 months for the first stage to be repeated again. I am, of course, fearful that that procedure may also fail but Mr Hamilton was adamant it will be successful next time.

  I visited the practice on Wednesday 30th Sept to see Katrina, hygienist. It is always a pleasure to come, Kat is such an experienced hygienist and explains everything in detail.
